Many factory workshops encounter situations where the voltage fluctuates frequently. Numerical control equipment and automated production lines frequently trigger alarms. The first reaction of many people is to directly purchase a voltage stabilizer. However, upon arriving at the site, they realize that the capacity or voltage stabilization range does not match, and it fails to provide protection. Conducting a preliminary review of the on-site power usage can reduce subsequent rework.

Before selecting the model, it is recommended to first record the grid status on-site and determine the voltage fluctuation range. Determine whether it is an overall unstable grid or a voltage drop on a single line. Do not only rely on the equipment's nameplate power. Motors and servo systems, which are inductive loads, have large starting current surges. The capacity of the voltage stabilizer needs to be reserved with a reasonable margin to avoid long-term operation close to full load. Ordinary production equipment does not have high requirements for voltage stability accuracy. Precision processing equipment, however, should appropriately increase the voltage stability accuracy level.

At the same time, attention should be paid to the workshop environment. In factories with large amounts of dust and poor ventilation conditions, where the equipment's heat dissipation conditions are limited, the heat dissipation structure should be considered when selecting the equipment. The stabilizer is not a universal device. If the line diameter of the circuit itself is insufficient and the three-phase power supply is severely unbalanced, priority should be given to addressing the power distribution lines. Simply relying on the stabilizer cannot solve the root problem.

Dongguan Jinbao Electromechanical Co., Ltd. is located in Chang'an, Dongguan. It mainly deals in industrial power supply equipment such as stabilizers, transformers, UPS, and reactors. Based on the on-site working conditions of the workshop, it provides selection references, supports on-site investigation and communication, matches the specifications of the stabilizer as needed, takes into account both small-scale trial use and large-scale project implementation, and provides power supply support for local manufacturing enterprises.
